Whale Of A Happy Birthday

Considering I'm not a big fan of all that sparkles, I was surprised by how much I enjoyed using the Glue Dots for glitter application. It is a technique I never would have thought of on my own but I'm glad I've learned it. I decided to make another card using this technique for the Cas-ual Friday challenge.
